All custom-fabricated, made-to-order, or specially manufactured items—including metal and steel products—are produced specifically to the customer’s specifications. As such, these orders are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
