Each needle head is to be used one time per treatment, and disposed of after each treatment.

This minimizes the risk of infection and unnecessary damage to the skin. Use 1 full serum ampoule per treatment.

They are formulated to have low risk of irritation and with no fragrance.

Micro-needling focuses on stimulating your body's own collagen by creating micro-injuries.

But it doesn’t deliver any ingredients directly into your skin. The reuse of needles can cause unnecessary damage to the skin and has a higher risk of infection as using alcohol does disinfect the tool, but it is difficult to sterilize it completely and the needles also become blunt when reused, which severely compromises technique.

With microinfusion, you not only reap the benefits of micro-needling, but also deliver active ingredient solutions to target your specific skin concerns - This makes it work quicker and more effectively.

Lucid Aura’s microinfusion system has single-use needle heads which are disposed of after each to ensure that any risk of infection is minimal - unlike at-home microneedling rollers multiple times.

You can apply your regular skincare, like hyaluronic acid based creams, on the night after using the Micro Infusion Kit, as it helps hydrate and soothe the skin, enhancing the benefits of the treatment.

To reduce the risk of potential irritation, we recommend avoiding retinol and other strong active ingredients—such as glycolic or salicylic acid—immediately after use.

Give your skin time to settle by waiting at least 24 to 48 hours before reintroducing potent actives into your routine.

The needles penetrate the skin at a standard depth of 0.25mm, stimulating cellular renewal in the upper layer of the skin through gentle, controlled damage—thinner than a human hair.

Each needle is hollow, and the Micro Infusion System has a chamber designed to be filled with our anti-aging serum.

Needling, which involves puncturing the skin with thin needles, can trigger an inflammatory response.

Some inflammation is always the goal of course, but there are a few that will respond more aggressively.

A response could be redness, warmth, swelling beyond the treated area, and possible fluid-filled bumps.

These are all temporary, but the best course of action would be to calm the response.

Cool compresses and avoiding harsh products for a few days would be best. Another option would be to take an OTC antihistamine.
